Could have been 6 stars ... Thank you very much for the last evening before the second lockdown. It was incredibly delicious and we felt we were in very good hands with you. The service was really very quick and very courteous and the kitchen must have a true master of Syrian cuisine. We fell in love with the hummus and falafel. We hope you hold out. The service, atmosphere and food were all excellent! We would like to come again.

Because we were only slightly hungry, we (two adults, 1 child) wanted to order a starter plate for two people plus one soup and drink each - with many tables still free. "No, that doesn't work, you also have to order main courses" was the owner's gruff reply. The sales here during Corona times don't seem so bad that an order of more than 45 euros is not worth taking. We will avoid this shop in the future.

Super friendly, clean and just a taste explosion on the palate. I was lucky enough to be the first person to eat the falafel burger. And it won't be my last.

Never judge a book by its exterior ... The inside and outside of the Nayla doesn't look like an exotic Syrian - but the food is great! The selection is large - and there is a lot for meat eaters and vegetarians. A real hit in terms of taste. And the service is super friendly too. We will be back!

Since we were at the Nayla for the first time, we initially only wanted to order a plate with 10 variations and then - depending on our hunger - other dishes. The friendly service took the order, but came back immediately to let us know that the owner insisted that we have to order 2 complete dishes. After all, they are fully booked. Quite astonished, we then ordered a second meal. The very friendly waiter was very uncomfortable and apologized several times. The food was very good, the ambience very simple. But the table is nicely decorated. After the experience we will probably not come back. This is not how you deal with guests. Incidentally, the restaurant was not fully booked.

Our company dinner took place here in December. The restaurant is small but nice and comfortably furnished. The food was fresh, delicious and more than filling. As a greeting there was a black tea. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The ladies' toilet is also lovingly and guest-friendly. I can only recommend the restaurant!

Excellent food, we were blown away by the taste. Very nice and competent service, thumbs up! Only the ambience could be improved. We will be back! Very clear recommendation to experience and enjoy the Syrian cuisine!

The food was more like meh, nothing authentic everything is germanized and the prices are expensive, what a shame, plus the son of the owner was incredibly egocentric, i am Syrian and i would never go back there again...

Very accommodating hosts, especially child friendly, both the kitchen and the service are very good. In the great fish stew you can fall in love! There is nothing left on the plates !!!

Worst experience Ive ever had in a restaurant. We were bullied into ordering food we did not want, spoken to very rudely, and patronised. We left before drinking or eating anything. 1 Star is too much, it should be 0

Incredibly rude staff tried to bully and threaten us into ordering more food - we were forced to leave without eating! We had been recommend Nayla by several friends and were excited to go and try it. When we arrived the restaurant was lively and almost full but they found us a table for two, after a few minutes the waiter came to ask what we wanted to drink (we ordered water and wine) and he then asked for our food order, we asked for a few minutes (we had just sat down) and he said "Please hurry up" we didn't know how to respond and so hesitated and he followed this by "did you understand me?" in a patronising manner - red flag #1 He came back a few minutes later and we ordered a mixed platter (~25 Euros) plus some extra rice and were trying to decide if we also needed some more things (e.g. Falafel, bread etc...) the waiter impatiently informed us the platter was for one person and we "had to" order a second main dish and that it was not possible to order several sides and share. He then started to aggressively flip through the menu pointing at things saying "order this". We explained we didn't want another main dish and we wanted to share the platter plus some sides and starters and he insisted we "had to" (we had already ordered around 60 Euros of food and drinks at this point). In the end we felt harassed and bullied and decided to leave. I have never been somewhere where I have been told I cannot order what I wanted and requested to order more. This was not friendly advice on portion size, it was bullying and totally unprofessional!!

The food was incredibly tasty and the staff is very nice. I joined my friends for dinner just when their food was arriving, and the waiter took and served my meal very quickly so I wouldn’t have to wait much. Would really recommend Nayla!!

Fantastic beverage Ok for 1 - 2 times a year Familiar atmosphere

Rarely eaten so much. You will be greeted with a delicious tea. Daily recommendations are made. The food is a dream. A variety of spices and flavors that are not every day so precious. Great wines from Lebanon that are so mild complete the whole. A great restaurant. Small and cozy. No 20 tables. You can talk in peace and has a great view. .. clear. Recommendation.

Food are very good and the staff are very nice.. i think its more helpfull if you have photo of your food in your menu even though you didnt have english menu.

Service was good. Staff polite and friendly. No English menu made choosing a little bit more "work" but waiter was ready to assist. We had nr44 and nr47 on the menu that turned out to be really good choices. (Lamb ma'alouba and beef ba'ar) Dessert Konafa was the perfect final to a good meal. (Warm cheesecake with sweet crust) No problem recommending this place that we found via Google. Nice clean restrooms with woman accessories available is a plus. Easy to get there by bus. So if you are in the Bremen city centre this restaurant is worth the bus ride. If you come by car I think there is street parking.

Hands down the best Syrian food in Bremen. The chef/owner is Syrian. He's lovely to talk to and very approachable. The menu is vast and they make proper grills as well as home style dishes, even the very complicated ones. Good value for money. Absolutely worth it.
